Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING POLICY
All soy wax candles, beeswax luminaries and other wax items ship via USPS to United States residences only. We ship using USPS Priority Mail, usually 2-4 day shipping. Other methods are available upon request, that may cost more. Please contact us prior to purchase to see what options there are.

You will receive an order confirmation email containing a USPS tracking number. If you don't see a confirmation email after placing your order, please check your Junk/Spam folder. Once your order has shipped, please use USPS Tracking and tracking number provided to monitor the delivery status.
Return & Exchange Policy
At High Tide Wicks, we gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days. Items must be returned in the original condition in which they were sent. If the item is not returned in its original condition, any loss in value will be deducted from the refund amount. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for custom or personalized items.
Please contact us at hightidewicks@gmail.com with your order number within 7 days of delivery to begin the return or exchange process. Items must be shipped back within 21 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
